Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timelines and budgets are adhered to in marketing/promotional activities.
  • Individual revenue targets met as set out by the Managing Director.
  • Regular sales & marketing KPI reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ongoing research of the Wellness industry to detect market trends, economic factors, and related information which will assist in the development of new marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate all external sales and marketing suppliers
  • Provide any other reporting information as required by Senior Management
  • Perform any other duties as commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility

Sales Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage marketing strategy to initiate, develop, and grow relationships with new and existing clients (upsale)
  • Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Continually research and build pipeline with new prospect data
  • Consistently hit event revenue targets and achieve a minimal acceptable level of performance
  • Produce strong and effective package proposals for prospective clients
  • Use customer-centric, well-written and tailored communication
  • Adhere to the pricing strategy as set out by Senior Management
  • Keep clear, accurate records of progress with a sales list and pipeline
  • Foster positive customer relationships and internal relationships to ensure we deliver quality and value to our customers
  • Provide adequate after sales service to customers to ensure goals are met
  • Coordinate closely with the finance team to ensure customer payments are obtained within agreed schedules
  • Provide KPI reports for update meetings with Senior Management

Marketing Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of an integrated marketing strategy from concept to execution
  • Use the full marketing mix to promote the facility and programmes to potential customers
  • Manage and implement SEO requirements
  • Analysis of competitor marketing campaigns
  • Identify appropriate partners and negotiate deals to maximise business exposure
  • Ensure company website is fully up to date with latest information
  • Strategic database build
  • Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral, including sales brochures, print advertisements, web banners/emails, social media content, etc
  • Develop and deliver content through social media and digital channels, to help drive leads, sales, and growth of the online community.
  • Copyright and proof all marketing materials in conjunction with Managing Director
  • Adhere to agreed marketing budget
  • Provide KPI reports for update meetings with Senior Management

Sales & Marketing Executive Qualifications/Skills:


  • Having experience in Sales Software Service
  • Having experience with generate leads using tools, holding events and networks
  • Only accept candidate with experience from Senior Sales Software Services ( IT Outsourcing) level and above
  • Only accept candidate with 1,5 years experience in this field
  • Sales experience in foreign markets
  • Strong business acumen, operations and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus and drive the implementation of related changes.
  • A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability establishes strong working relationships, and enjoy being part of team of like-minded individuals.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Team Leader experience (required)

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • University degree standard or equivalent
  • Marketing experience (especially on branding)
  • Proven track record of sales to the end-clients (enterprises)
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced Word and Excel
  • Thorough understanding of direct marketing initiatives including mail and email marketing
  • Database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting
  • Significant exposure to design suppliers / agencies
  • High level of copywriting and collateral production knowledge
  • Deadline and target driven
  • Experience of working in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Ability to effectively listen, communicate, and perform diplomacy with internal and external customers and staff in all situations
